Your first visit is the one most people feel nervous about, so let's remove the mystery. Whether you're coming for chiropractic, acupuncture, or Combined Care, here's exactly what happens.
Before you arrive — book and intake. You can book online in a couple of taps. Before your appointment, we'll send you a link to complete your intake paperwork through our secure patient portal — health information is only ever collected there, never through the website.
Your first visit — about 60 minutes. It includes three things: a consultation (what brought you in, your history, and what you want to change), a focused exam (how you move, where you hold tension, how your joints are moving), and your first treatment — you don't have to wait until a second appointment to be treated.
You leave with a plan, not a suggestion. One thing that makes us different: every visit ends with a specific home-care prescription — not "take it easy." You'll know exactly what to do between visits.
What to bring and wear. Your completed intake (if not done online), a list of current medications or supplements, and comfortable clothing that lets you move.
Cost, up front. We're transparent about pricing and will review your rate before you begin. HSA/FSA are accepted, and we issue superbills on request if you'd like to self-submit to insurance.
