Your First Visit

Your first visit takes about 60 minutes and includes three things: a consultation (what brought you in, your history, and what you want to change), a focused exam, and your first treatment — you are treated on day one, not on a second visit.

Before you arrive: book online in a couple of taps. We will email you a link to complete your intake paperwork through our secure patient portal. Health information is only ever collected there, never through this website.

Insurance or cash — either is welcome. In-network with Northwell Direct for chiropractic and acupuncture. We are applying for in-network status with Aetna, Empire BlueCross BlueShield, and Cigna — expected spring 2027. Many plans include out-of-network benefits for chiropractic and acupuncture; we provide an itemized superbill after each visit for reimbursement. Self-pay is always welcome. We review your rate with you before treatment begins.

What to bring: your completed intake if you did not do it online, a list of your current medications or supplements, and comfortable clothing that lets you move.

Where we are and where to park: 22 Jericho Turnpike, Suite 101, Mineola, NY 11501. The entrance is right next to the Sunoco gas station. Free parking in the back.

Both of our doctors speak English and Mandarin Chinese — feel free to use whichever you are more comfortable in.

Save time at your visit — complete your intake forms online before you arrive, or fill out paper forms in our office (please arrive 15–20 minutes early if you choose paper forms). Please bring your insurance card and a photo ID to your first visit.
