Plan Policies
Monthly plans are month-to-month — no lock-in.
Unused monthly sessions expire at the end of each month. No rollover.
Yearly memberships: 24 visits, valid for 12 months — no monthly cap.
Flex plan: standard treatments only — extended treatments not included.
Cancel anytime: if you request a refund on a plan or membership, we deduct the treatments you have already received at their regular prices from the amount you paid, and refund you the difference.
In-network with Northwell Direct for chiropractic and acupuncture. We are applying for in-network status with Aetna, Empire BlueCross BlueShield, and Cigna — expected spring 2027. Many plans include out-of-network benefits for chiropractic and acupuncture; we provide an itemized superbill after each visit for reimbursement. Self-pay is always welcome.
